Some pics from my condo

Here are a few pics from my condo (after moving in my furniture). I still have some other pieces to buy, like a dining set, a small desk, and some chairs. I gained a little more than 300 square feet above what I had in my apartment, so now I have more space to fill =) Hope you enjoy the pics.

Why Y'all Need to Come Visit Me =)

So you can see all of this..... (all but one of these pictures were taken last week during Lynne and Dan's visit. The last picture is of a sunset I took from my apt balcony a little bit earlier in the summer.) I will miss the sunset views over the mountains that I get from my apt as tonight is my last night here... tomorrow I move into the condo.

Help My Friend April...

My friend April is trying to raise enough money to ride in the Empire State AIDS Race (ESAR) which is a 560 mile bicycle trek from Niagra Falls to NYC. She has to raise a minimum of $3500 to race, and has so far raised $1700. I think this is a very worthy cause, and am impressed and inspired at her devotion to ride in memory of her mother (who passed away April 2006).
